11. SpiritualTube reserves the right to decide whether Content or a User Submission is appropriate or not for SpiritualTube Website. Only Spiritual Videos and data related to spirituality will be accepted on SpiritualTube. SpiritualTube have authority to remove or delete data or videos such as, pornography, obscene or defamatory material. In such case SpiritualTube can delete User Submissions and/or terminate a User's access for uploading such material in violation of these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice and at its sole discretion and necessary action will also be taken against the user.
